Replace driver seat bottom with passenger seat bottom

Has anyone replaced their torn driver seat bottom with a passenger seat bottom? I don’t feel like buying a new one - expense and would look funny compared to the rest of the used seat covers. Found a nice passenger side at the junkyard, but see it is shaped a little different (assume to accommodate the seatbelt latch) as well as different fastening pattern - see pics. Ofcourse all the driver side ones at the yard so far have been trash. It looks like it could be modded to work, but figured I’d check hear before I embark on the journey. Thanks!

Thanks. Yes, I know they are different as pointed out in pics - just wondering if anyone tried successfully to make them fit since finding a used driver side not trashed is next to impossible.

autocustomleathers.com is the answer. Perfect matches, Have both front seat bottom replacements from them. They're great! The guy's name is Jerry.

will probably not sit right on the foam. I thought about this once when I had to replace a seat. Just ended up finding a used replacement. I wouldn't waste the effort to do it but seems you're gonna try so good luck!

Success!

Not 100% perfect match, but 100% functional....all for $4.28 for yard seat and a few zip ties /

a little trimming of the side fasteners did the trick.
