Removing AC vents

Does anyone know how to remove the side ones?

I've removed the center one (with the clock) before when I was installing my Dice but I tried yesterday and it wouldn't budge. For those of us without the trim tool, any tips? The navi doesn't have to come out right?

Driver side, just pull it out. Passenger side pull off the silver strip that runs above the glove box and there is one screw. Remove that and pull it out.

Wait which vents are you talkin about I thought you said side vents but then you mentioned the navi I am confused.

yeah, just pull it out. i made this tool when i took out my center vent. it just slides in through one of the slots. there is a edge inside and you could hook it and pull. it could easily pop out the side ones. maybe a close hanger would do it

Thanks guys.

Does the metal trim above the glove box snap off like the center console trim?
