NEVER.....I wish I had a choice when I bought my TL. I hate automatics, but I love the car.

Welcome to my world...think I should have picked up the 6spd but I got the AT instead...I enjoy the ease and convenience of the auto, but every once in a while (esp. when my friends are trying to beat me off the line in their G35s) I wish I could have a little more control over the power of the car.

If only I didn't have to worry about my non-manual-driving wife having to be able to drive the car in an emergency....

nope. I would have severely regretted NOT getting the 6MT. The main reason I didn't buy a TL before was it was not offered in a manual. I even kept telling the dealership - I simply cannot by a sports sedan in an automatic...if it came in manual you would have a sale.
