Redline ATF Type F

Yesterday I did my second drain and fill with Redline D4, and I felt a slight difference but none compared to what people on the forum describe. So I plan on doing another 1x3 with D4, and then for my final drain and fill use Type F. Is there really a drastic difference from D4 to Type F? So far with D4 I've noticed a slight change with shifting and smoothness, I'm honestly thinking its not worth it. Any input would be great.

It's not gonna feel like a shift kit but yes it is a little firmer. Probably won't really notice unless you're looking for the difference.

I just did a 3x3 with mine. (1) 1x3 with racing and (2) 1x3 with D4. It is night and day difference compared to running DW-1 IMO. I'm pretty picky about the shifts though (I key in on almost every gear change).

It's not gonna be anything major but if you're OCD and pick up on every little shift (like I do) then you will notice that the shifting is crisper and quicker. My transmission was in terrible condition when I did it and I noticed a huge difference.

What i've done so far, 1x3 D4, 1x3 D4, still need to do one more then i'm probably going to be a fourth drain and fill with type F. I'm pretty picky as I pay attention to every shift. Hopefully it'll be more noticeable with the Type F.

This may have nothing to do with this but did your throttle feel more responsive?

A tad bit, yes. But I feel that's more of a side effect of me resetting the ECU whenever I did anything to the car.
