Does it only happen with the moonroof in the vent position - if so, I have fixed mine and can share.

Dealer can fix it for you. I had a rattle in my dash which I noticed the night I drove my brand new TL home. It was a loose bolt that was causing the rattle. They fixed it very quickly for me the next day.

I have 5 rattles in my car. One of them is in the cupholder, 3 in the dash, and one over near the passenger side rear door. The dealer has had it 4 times and never gets rid of them. I too am frustrated.

Vent rattle fix

My only rattle was occuring ONLY when the moonroof was in the VENT position - a hard bump on the road would cause it. If I hit the headliner in front of the moonroof with my hand, I could replicate the rattle. One of the threads suggested the air deflector may be the culprit (it is!) - the cause = when the moonroof is in the vent position, the air deflector is VERY close to the metallic roof of the car and its attachment is a bit flexible; a bump causes the air deflector to hit the metallic roof of the TL, thus causing the miserable rattle. My fix (which actually works) is to cut 3 strips of the soft part of Velcro (approx. 3/4" x 3") and attach them to the metallic roof of the TL exactly underneath the TL's air deflector (position them when the moonroof is in the full open position). Here are 2 pictures of what my installation looks like. View 1 and View 2. Hope this helps.

Anybody have a squeeky belt buckle on the driver side? Goes away in certain positioning, but highly annoying. Also have the center console rattle coming from the top compartment, doesnt happen that often at all but goes away once opened.

Storage compartment door rattle

I've got the same problem, except mine is the top door. Is there a fix for this? Opening the door works, but it looks bad.

I found that if I push on the upper right part of the door, near the hinge, that stops the rattle, but driving like that is annoying

Same exact problem here. When you own a $35K car...you shouldn't have to "live" with rattles, and other annoying engineering flaws with the car. Acura should do all they can to fix them IMHO. The rattles in this car are driving me BATTY, and they don't seem to be getting better, only worse. I also hear a new one somewhere near my rear view mirror area, but cannot find the exact spot. Suggestions?

Well since this seems to be a 'general' rattle thread, I have a few I wonder if others have. First I have a rattle in the drivers door. It actually sounds more like a squeaking noise than a rattling noise. The second one I only get occasionally. The second one sounds like it is coming from the dash to the left of the instrument cluster. It seems to only make noise in the morning hours after the car has been out overnight. If someone has any insight or can offer any assistance I would appreciate it.

I too have a rattle coming from the center console storage door. Did anyone out here have a dealer that was able to fix this problem? It is driving me crazy and I shouldn't have to keep the storage doors open for the noise to go away.

I have one in the center console, right in the CD/NAV area. It sounds like a loose bolt or something, just like gregory28 said. I also have a rattle on the front/right speaker. Very annoying.
