over rev.. no, teh computer wont let you get past redline... it custs off fuel and air.... you'll hit the rev limiter

 

The car would cut you out before you could do any damage.

 

Jim is right youl bump into the rev limiter but it will not shift in 2,3,4, If you keep it there youl still blow the engine rev limiter or not.

 

This car is so easy to rev near the redline by SS mode.

As they said upstair, ECU will cut off, and the tranny will automatically shift up one gear if your TL detects the potential danger to blow out your system when you still have available gear to go up.

But this is what I don't want to try.
