Question California Duster

I've been using California Duster for a little while now and notice it's getting a little dirty. How do you guys keep your's clean? Do you hand wash it or just rinse it so that the removal of the wax is kept to a minimum?

Mine has picked up quite a bit of brake dust.

Instructions swear that you don't need to wash it, that it just gets better. But I think it mentions "if you must" washing it in a mild detergent by hand and air drying.

I've washed mine a couple of times. Just use a mild detergent and COLD water. Let it air dry and it will be fine.
