I bought an 05 TSX 10 days ago that now has 600 miles on it. I have never been more dissatisfied with a nearly $30,000 vehicle in my life. The rattles are very annoying and the deal has had my car 5 of the 10 days I have owned and fixing the rattles and guess what.... THEY ARE NOT FIXED. Also while it was in the shop apparently they chipped a pin head sized piece of the paint off the hood and scrathed the hell out of my keyless entry remote controll.. What I need from you TL owners is this..... DOES THE TL rattle??? Why I ask is because I might upgrade to at TL if they will take this TSX back from me....
Thanks for any info you all can provide.

it is really car dependant.... my tl is as tight and rattle free as the day i bought it... the only rattles i ever had was from my stuff bouncing around in the door pockets and trunk. i love my car.... some on the board havent been as fortunate... many i think blow things out of proportion (making a huge deal out of little things) but its not my place to call them out... you paid for it, if you want to bitch, whine and complain thats your right.... now if a car truly has problems then by all means take it back to the dealer
Yeah my plan is to take it back to the deal on Monday Morning. I contacted the dealer Saturday night and let them know of my problems and how upset I am. I am trying to gauge whether I want to ask for my $$ back, a new TSX, or to upgrade to a TL... Thats why I am asking about TL quality.
I have 6000 miles and no rattles, it's a 2005.
Before i had an 2003 accord and it was full of rattle.
I think it's difficult to find a car without rattles, even expensives cars have rattles. My boss has a Porsche 911 cab 2003 and it's full of rattles for a 100 000 dollar car, BMW also rattles a lot. I think there's a part of chance, having a gound sound system help (TL got it) and a nice engine sound.
Here in Canada the road are full of holes so it's very difficult for the car to stay quiet.
Buy a 2005 TL because some bugs have been fixed.

In the end, you own the car and can return to the dealer for service.. You are in sverice and warranty mode now. I doubt if the dealer will just allow you to return the car (without a cost to you) and get another car...
If they let you upgrade...go for it..my 05' TL has one rattle.... when I had my TSX I had two rattles....
I doubt they will take it back from you... sad I know...but try another dealer...they may be better at fixing the rattles... good luck
