for the rear you can run those all day with 245... for 255 you will have to roll fenders if you are lowered

anything you cant get a good deal on is good, alot of people are super anal about grip and what not... I've used some of the cheapest yes good quality all season tires I could find (falken ziex 912)... some say you get what you pay for... I did 40mph max in heavy snow with my cheep-ass tires and I have no complaints, out of parking spots like nothing

direct fitment no
can if be custom fitted yes
it would require an experienced bodyshop that knows how to plastic weld, to customize the lip around the foglight area, then repaint

if you purchase the front bumper cover and the grill pieces from an 07-08 type s your 05 will look exactly like an 07-08 type s
the more cost effective way of going about a front end conversion is simply by purchasing the 07-08 type s front aspec, then having the 04-06 grill pieces custom painted black
for foglights 05 accord sedan fog lights fit 90% in the gap, black silicon can fill the remaining gap areas
hope this helps

Stillhere you are the f'n man. Props to you for all the help you give everyone.
I've got 2008 Type-S wheels on my car. I'm in need of tires. What would your opinion of me doing the factory 235/45 tires for the front and a 255/40 for the rear? Performance? Appearance? Just want your opinion obviously.

don't listen to those who tell you otherwise... if you want the best setup you listen to the fitment guru who is on his 8th wheel/tire setup
<- current setup
255/40-17 ALL AROUND

Axis Circuit - 18 x8.5 offset at 45
or
in the BM there are some gramlight 57Cs offset 30 (same size elsewhere)...but I think 30 offset wont clear Brembos even w/ a spacer
Also...I was thinking about rubber 235/40? Supposedly doing so would keep it w/in .2% of stock overall diameter and wouldn't change the speedo much. But I don't want the tire combo to look goofy.
I'm running H&R sport springs/koni yellows
and hell, give your
on what you think they'd look like. Sure are light. Thanks in advance

the circuit do infact clear bbk
and for the gramlights, the +30 will clear bbk
in fact both are made to clear bbk period... I would lean towards whichever you think will flow with the look you are going for, I was looking at the circuits in my recent wheel shopping but ended up going with the rpf1...
correct me if I am wrong but gramlights, arent as light
[pun intended] as the circuit... so i would say go for the less weight or the less price
235/40 on the gram lights works
you can go up to 255/40-18 on the circuits since you have so much space inside the fender

I'm a noob when it comes to wheels.
I'm looking for winter wheels, and a shop is giving me a deal for a set of 17" BSA 264's. Thing is they're only 7.5" wide (Not too sure what the offset is).
They're telling me it would clear the Brembo's fine, is this accurate? Also, is there any downside to going down to 7.5? Or, should I stick with 8"?

It all depends on that wheels backspacing if it is not designed to clear big brakes it won't
I won't lie to you, x7.5 wheel in all likelyhood will not clear the brakes

you have to go 235/35-19 so you wont rub... slight chance you might be able to get away with 245/35-19 but if you are slammed you'll rub ur fronts... rears are good all day
Oh, for pete's sake. You're Pre-Med Cornell and can't follow instructions? The DIY on appendix removal is going to be challenge.

the steering wheel fits but you will have to get creative with the wiring
the fog grills on the s work but you have to modify them, has been done before only reason I know it is possible
Suspension Mod's on a 04 TL
Okay, just purchased the Brembo's off an 07 Type-S and want to fit them on my 04 TL. I already know the rims won't fit and learned today that the rotor is different (16" on the 2004 and 17" on the 07) between the two cars. The dealership tells me the knuckle won't work either, that I need the 07 to fit the Brembo caliper. Do you know of a fix for this dilemma? Specifically, can I fit an 07 knuckle/rotor/Brembo calp on my 04 without any drive shaft mismatches/hub assembly issues or spring/shock/camber issues. Or do you know of some one who's attempted this?

it has been done before, no modification to the spindle was necessary, good day
and which wheels? stock wheels fit also
