i am a new member and i was wondering if i could put type s taillights on my car, i was at an auto body shop today and they said they might not fit because the connectors and things inside may not align up correctly, if you could tell me whether they do fit and where and how to get the type s lights that'd be great.

no. there are no stand-alone ecu's for the 3gen tl. some very lucky members got their ecu's flashed by hondata, but that never made it to the general public.

correct, only the center grill piece (that hold the A) is different
doubt it, will need likely a 10mm spacer

or you just get ddmtuning hit kit for the new headlights

19x8.5 w/ an offset between +35 and +45 for the rear

10mm and that would be pushing it... them tires is wide as fawk

Thanks for the info stillhere. How come nobody (that I've seen, anyway) seems to run AR1/AR2 in 19" though, and tire rack doesn't seem to offer them for a 3G TL? Will the average shop know how to install correctly if I give them the correct offset? Sorry, noob to offsets as my previous cars haven't required them for wheel fitment.

that wheel will not fit, it is far to narrow.. 17x7.5 would also be too narrowMinimum 17x8 +45
I don't see why not... Just make sure you get the correct color.. Don't want gray mirrors on camel interior and vice versa

Will Enkei GTC01 19 fit? The wheels are staggered. The fronts are 19" x 9" and the rears are 19" x 10". The tires that come with them are the Nitto Invo tires. The fronts are 255/35/19 and the rears are 285/35/19

the wheels fit, but the tires will require you to roll your fenders and dial in a tiny bit of negative camber via a skunk2 front camber kit and an ingals rear camber kit.. both of which you can get from http://excelerateperformance.com

will a 2006 grille fit on a 2005
specifically the v trim and the hood trim
also what size bolt are the 4 screws that hold the hood trim in place...its def smaller that 10 maybe 8 mm?

they fit... modification needed they fit... modification needed05 vs 06 is identical... and yeah I believe it is a 8mm...
