Go to the tire rack site .. they have a "Recommended Tire Installer " link where you put in your Zip and it brings up a list of local approved installers with the No Touch" machines.

You could contact the folks at TireVan.net as they will come to your house to install tyres (and they have a road-force balancer in their truck), but I don't know if they'll do this if you don't buy the tyres through them.

Sears at Landmark did fine installing new tyres for me last month, although I made the purchase from them.

this might be a haul for you but radial tire co in bethesda handles oversized rims and do excellent work. I highly recommend them. Just switched into my snows yesterday, forgot my oem lugnuts and they loaned me a set. They've given me free chrome tire caps in the past as well.

Did yo mean to say Silver Spring? They installed mine for me! Excellent service, but long ass line had my ass waiting for a couple hours!

way over priced and they don't have the excellent reputation they used to have back in the day. Too many horror stories with Currys that I tend to stay away....

No I do all my own work. If I need wheel/tire work done I go to Quality Tire in Woodbridge. I will need an alignment very soon and very few shops will be able to work with a car as low as mine is. P-tuning however, is the shop I am going to use for my alignment because I have heard nothing but great things about their work and they have equipment designed for cars like mine.

Did you try looking at the Tire Rack acreddited installers .. there is lots in the Fairfax area with 5star ratings.

Installers

I went to thier recommended installer when I got tires and they were extra careful and perfect .. if thay get bad feedback they loose thier rating.
