i was driving to some hangouts tonights with my windows up cruising and ive been rolling next to a very nice 2 door accord V6 cuz i noticed the dual exhaust and it was manual..so not thinking about racing or anything..we happen to get a light together..so light hits green and we go slow...then he guns it..so i hit it on tiptronic and was in second but it dropped to 1st soon as i gunned it..took off next to him once i hit end of 2nd i was pulling 1.5 cars then 3rd pulled more..guy was cool ..we told each other nice car and watsoever and went our ways ..it was cool...i love wasting gas! lol yeah right for the rest of the week grandma style!

If it was a 6spd AV6 and you are an auto TL then you would lose. If your modded then that might be different. If you were having to downshift while he was pounding it he would have eatin you alive. Maybe you raced an auto.

 

nope it was stick i saw him shifting gears his windows were down and u could tell by how his car sounded...i have a CAI and im lowered thats about it for like mods that could make a difference his had exhaust and maybe an intake? i dunno

Nice kill. The only V6 made with manual is 03'+, otherwise if its the 6th gen accord (98-02) those V6's are pretty weak and only come in auto.
