So Im new to the forum, and a new TL owner. At first, I was contemplating repainting my front grille (highway chips), but after doing research I noticed that a lot of people find creative ways of changing theirs. DO I HAVE TO BE THAT CREATIVE, OR IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN PURCHASE ONE?? Don't get me wrong; I'm creative, but my workmanship is under par. Help me out!

 

Someone on Ebay is selling a nice grills, but you have to remove the front bumper to cut out and insert the new grill. Straight removal of the grill looks pretty cool on some colors.

 

Ive looked on EBAY, and the only one I could find was the mesh by JDM. Is this the one your referring too?

Elegant_typeS referenced me to customcargrills.com, they have lots of different meshes, including a sweet black powder coated large mesh that looks like the grill inserts on 07-08 TL's.

I wouldn't suggest cutting up your grill to put that in (the mesh doesn't come pre-cut anyway) but it's not too hard to replace the stock inserts. I think I'm gonna repaint the "bar" section of my front grill cus it's all chipped up and then put the large mesh in behind it.
