I just noticed last night. I was cruising on the I-5 south to San Diego. I have set my cruise control at 70 MPH. When I pressed 5 times “Accelerate knobs”, my Speedo read at 75MPH. On the other hand, I pressed 10 times “decelerate knobs” 10 times right after, the speedo reads 65MPH. I have tried to press at different speed, each time when you press the knob; it will accelerate 1 MPH or decelerate 1 MPH. Have you folks noticed about this? Please give it a try. You will be impressed. Don’t forget to give me repo point if you think this is a great finds.

Good find, but that has been the case for every cruise control I have had (GM and Honda/Acura) for the past twenty years or more.

It's in the owner's manual on page 143, but since it is easy to miss, this is good information to pass on to our happy TL owners.

My Olds 98 does this, my 96TL didn't, and I am happy to get this feature back because it is so convenient and easy to use.

Most cruise controls do that. Ford and GM do the same thing. But good info for those that don't know.

Is there a Max Speed that the Cruise will allow you set!
If your going 80MPH and press it 60 times, will 140MPH be in your future!!!! lol!!!

And this has been the case on every cruise control system I've ever used.
