Need help with windows going up and down automatically
Ok, I removed the driver door to install the moleskin but it seems now that the automatic function to roll up/down the windows doesnt work.. I checked all the wiring again and everything was in place. I once heard from the dealer that there was a way to cancel or activate that function..Does anyone know if it is true or if theres something wrong with it???
PD: The last time I went to the dealer it was to change the passenger panel. At that time, the same happened to that window, but later on it started to work again... Really curious about this... Help!

Anytime the windows lose power, the auto function needs to be reset. Here's how to do it on an 05 Accord, it should be the same on a TL:
1)Press the driver's window switch & hold it down while the window goes down. Hold for 2 seconds after the window goes down all the way
2)Pull the window switch up & hold it until the window comes up all the way. Hold for 2 seconds after window closes completely.
3)Release switch & recheck
It should work fine after this.

It should work. Confirmed by the Owner's Manual (and we know that is never wrong, right?), page 99. The manual says it could be disabled, so all you folks who changed a fuse or disconnected the battery and didn't have this problem, don't feel left out. May next time, with a little luck.

BlueNote and Ron.........
Thanks for the info in regards to the auto-window roll up/down function.
It worked perfect. It worked on the 2nd try. Reading the posts I understand if you were to disconect the battery you can run into this problem. The thing is that I never did. Weird. Also it was the passenger side window. With the window fully open and going for the auto-roll up switch, the window only went up an inch and went back down. This occured either using the driver's or passenger's side switch.
It works fine now. Thanks again!!!!! 2005 TL w/Navi
