Moving forward with the Mercedes DRL for my TL

I just got these babys in the mail. Any tips on installing would be greatly appreciated. I am wondering if i should put a relay on this..

Cut little by little until it fits is all I can really say.

def put a relay and have it be triggered by your existing drl (looks like you have a 07 or 08 right?)

looks like he has an 04-06. the headlight looks like it has the foglight on the inside instead of the DRL piece. I could be wrong though, the picture is a bit blurry

Paperboy you are right it's a 04 TL with a type S bumper and 06 headlights

Yeah that's definately not an 07/08 headlight.

I agree with GP16, but shouldnt this be your DIY project where you explain to us the what and how proccess?

I've looked at a Benz in my parking garage for ages now and always thought that L looking piece would go well with the TL...

Pretty sure there is a guy on here who has already done this, so best idea would be to message him for the best DIY.

I'm at work and can't view pics, so I have no idea how to find him.. but I'm pretty sure I saw it in either the SSM colour thread, or the ASM colour thread

Thanks, They both look cool but I think w/o the tl Grille looks more Mean... If I had to do the tl grille I'd Prob take out the chrome.

I think the MB DRL looks best with the Type-S A-Spec. For a regular A-Spec the Inspire fogs are best in that space. It flows best with each respective body kit.

I agree Rocky, I still have my 04 Base aspec which I will have to modify to fit my new type S bumper... It should still look dope.
