Read the manual again, starting with page 193. In particular, focus on pages 195 to 199. Those will tell you all you need to know with ample specificity.

The car will tell you when a service is due. I don't exactly follow it beause it will take me past 10,000 miles on an oil change and I don't agree with Acura's interval on the ATF. It should be changed every 20K, not 60 or 120.

thanks for your reply----however, i have only 15,000 miles on my '04 tl------the manual will only tell me maintenance minder codes and not the actual number of miles for maintenance items-------i would like to know when things should be done for future reference-------thanks again

There are no specific mileage-based numbers for maintenance items with the TL. That's why you're not finding anything.

It sounds like you don't drive much. You should, at a minimum, change the oil and filter once a year if you're putting minimal mileage on the car.

Wow.......wish I could keep my TL-S low in mileage like that.

There are a couple of maintenance items listed in the footnotes to the maintenance minder code index:
Brake fluid should be changed out every 3 years, regardless of mileage.
The transmission fluid should be changed @ 60K, then every 30K thereafter.

Given your usage, you might as well change the engine oil & filter every year and change the transmission fluid and engine coolant every 4-5 years, along with the air and cabin filters.

Adjust valves when noisy; change the timing belt at 105,000 miles, or 10 years for your car, maybe?

I believe that 30K for the MT and 30K for the AT are good for the car. I did my fluid change on my AT right now and at 55K it looked pretty bad fluid wise, it was brown and nowhere near pink...

I changed my MT fluid (to GMSFM) at 15K and 30K. Now I am at 48K and thinking next change will be around 55K (next Spring). I think SouthernBoy changed his MT fluid (to GMSFM) at 8K and then at 50K, and the fluid still looked good when he changed it out.
