Can someone suggest a place online where I can pickup some aftermarket LED interior light bulb replacement. (Bright white or Xenon white) Thanks guys.

 

There is a HUGE thread about interior leds. There are a few companies that sell them like superbrightleds.com or vleds.com Either one of them sell the leds plus more.

sixsixfour, which LED board did you get for the trunk? I know there are a couple different sizes I'm not sure which one will fit.

 

same ones i have for the dome lights. they are 24-LED boards. i bought them as plug and play.

Another question how do those LED boards stay in place? Because it seems like they have wires that connect them and just hang but in yours it seems like they are in firmly. Am I missing something?

 

hey sixsixfour did you change the sun visor too? i have the same led's you have but for some reason the led in my sun visor is pretty damn dim

 

I have an LED board similar to that in my trunk and I get some weird color change thing happening back there. It is spotty white in some areas and a slight yellow in others. I can live with it since it is in the trunk but I would be mad as heck if it was in the interior. I thought mine were bright. You have me beat by a long shot. Looks nice.

 

What about changing the cockpit center console panel lights - ie. climate control, radio.

I remember getting a kit on ledautomotive.com for my 2002 and 2000 TL.

I had white LED's in my 07 TL-S but I love the blue LED's in my 06 TL manual.

does anyone know if the mods do or dont effect the electrical systems? i would like to change some things like the led lights but i always feel like it would mess up the electricals.. paranoid

 

I doubt that those would fit. I have the 30led board in the trunk and it's a pretty tight squeeze since the cable's so long.

i ordered some 2 HID WHITE HIGH POWER LICENSE PLATE LED BULBS 194 168 158

for my dome and rear dome and for the doors.. Will this be a waste and not be bright becasuse of the straight output it lights out.... I shoulve ordered the 5mt instead .... anyone tried these in the domes?
