Well, I just got my LEDs for the doors in the mail today. Installation took a grand total of about 3 1/2 minutes. All mods should be the easy! I think it looks great on my SSM/Quartz. In fact, I may get some more and do the domes too. Best $6 I've spent in a while....

I just installed the blue lights for the front doors. It looks better with the blue. I have a parchment interior which looks sharp but not as good as the black interior.

I was trying to replace the dome light with white leb bulb, but I am not able to remove the bulb. No help in the manual.
ANY TIPS??????

Index finger on each side of the blub, wiggle and pull with pressure...they'll come out.

How did you get the dome covers off? I was just outside futzing around with it and I couldn't figure out how to get them off without sratching or breaking them. Door covers were a piece of cake...

If you look up at the covers, there is a notch in the middle of the edge toward the front of the car. Use a small flat blade screw driver to pry the cover off. It should come right off if you're doing it correctly.

Yo Wicked Wiz,

I ordered 3022-2 LED Festoon bulb - White
and 3022-4 LED Festoon bulb - white.

but it doesn't appear as if this bulb will work with the dome light.
The two lights between the front tow seats??

Thanks for the tip on removing the bulb anyway.

Correct, you need to order "Wedge" type blubs. Take a look at the WLED or T13 series at http://www.superbrightleds.com/ any of those will fit in the dome lights.

SO LET"S GET THIS STRAIGHT : BOTH THE DOME & DOOR LIGHTS TAKE THE SAME T13- B6 bulbs. CORRECT?

i've been eggrolled so, hopefully everyone else gets the right bulb. Regardless, their return policy seems liberal enough to correct this mistake.

When someones installs the correct WHITE bulb for the dome light, please let everyone know if the change makes a dramatic effect. I will then look into buying another set of bulbs or returning my dam festoon bulbs.

Someone made a bad post.....

Hey I only said what I heared. No point what so ever did I say i was 100% positive that those were the bulbs. I just quoted some TSX owner who did it to his TSX. I even asked if the same thing is possible in the TL.

that was just a friendly eggroll ribbing - i thank you for sharing this info. i just can't figure out how come you gave the impression you installed the dome and door lights succesfully and yet gave out the wrong info with regards to the dome.
