Lamin-X Yellow Fog Light Covers

Lamin-X Yellow Fog Light Covers
Hey all I saw these the other day and was wondering (those of you that have them on your 3G TL) a couple of things:
Do they block out any light from the fogs?
How hard and how do you install them?
Do they make the light yellow? I just have stock halogen bulbs for fog lights
How long do they last?
I just like the way they look in the daylight, but wasn't sure about night time things.
Thanks

I have them on my car Rowdy. If you came to hang out with us you could see them.
They are very easy to install, kind of like a sticker. They will last a very long time, I've had them on for 2 years. I also have Nokya 3500 bulbs (yellow).
Getting a new setup here in a few days, I'm getting tired of the yellow fogs. If my overlays are salvageable I'll let you have them (I doubt they will be though).
From what I remember, you don't live that far from me. PM me if you want to see what they look like in the next couple days.

I have them on my car as well (clear for breakage protection). They install in minutes and can be trimmed if needed with an X-Acto knife. They have small installation tabs that need removal with a knife or small scissors. To remove them, just leave the lights on for a bit, and the heat will soften the glue, amking removal easy. Then just clean up the glue mess (I use denatured alcohol and a soft cloth for this (nothing abrasive). I've had mine on for a few years as well- I really like them (I also put them on my regular headlight assembly).

Just go through the wheel well to unclip the fog light bracket, pop it out, then the whole fog light is accessible to cover with the overlays

With yellow overlays and 3k bulbs. It will be yellow.
You really don't do this for improved lighting.
Sadly its more of a visual thing.
But it does help cut through fog a little better, so there's that.

The stock fog bulbs are meh. Just for reference here's my setup with Nokya 2500's below. The Lamin-X covers work pretty well, without blocking any significant amount of light output, and certainly make the light a much richer yellow hue. If you're going to get yellow fogs, I strongly recommend them (as well as for protection).
