Is anyone interested in getting an group together for a plant tour? Tours, according to the website, are limited and it may be easier to schedule one (and more fun) if a group of us got together.

I'd try for a second shift on a day when they were making TLs.

I live about 20 miles from Marysville and it would be a shame not to go as I'm very likely to get a TL in February.

 

I like this idea very much, but 4-5 h driving it's a big ?

I'm definitely interested. I had looked into this not too long ago. Fortunately, I'm not too far. We could combine the tour with a general acurazine meetup.

As long as they have opened schedule, anyone could simply make your own appointment.

But, you may have to avoid the summer schedule 'cause they're planing the new year's model and the factory usually will be closed at that time. In my trip to Cleveland in last July, the Marysville factory shut down its plant tour due to they're preparing the 05' production lines.

 

I'll fly from California just for the plant tour!

I'm game for this in the spring, since I live only two hours away and was already interested in a plant tour. In fact, rets provided that same link to the Marysville plant with info on how to set up a tour last year.

 

Ken...I am in the exact same situation as you, so I would also like to participate in a plant tour. Just let me know when. I am only about 90 minutes away from the Marysville Plant.

I forgot to mention that when I went to Detroit two weekends ago for the North American Int'l Auto Show, I met a factory worker from the Ohio plant that makes TLs. I made sure to tell him "thank you" since I'm happy with my car. It'd be really nice to see the plant.
