Not sure about the seat belt, but doesn't the TL already tell you when the passenger is out of position? I could swear I read that in the manual.

This is very complicate case. Without getting more details and info from Acura, it's hard to figure out what "sensors" Acura does really add in and how many of them Acura has put into 05.
