im about a month away... coming back to an Ac....

i used to have a 1998 acura tl and sold it about 6 months ago. i got into a 2002 Lexus es300. BAD CHOICE! the car is great.... EXCEPT the tranny.... they are CRAP! anyways, im thinking of stepping into a grey/grey 2004 TL. i just need to find the right one! theres a couple of questions i do have tho. does XM ready come standard? as in u dont need navi to bve xm ready?

Yes, xm is standard in all 3rd gen TL's. The new TL's come with traffic, which is kinda cool

Not to hijack this thread, but to get the traffic in the navi do I need to subscribe to XM?

You have to subscribe to XM plus (and I may be wrong here, someone correct me if I am) I think you have to pay an additional fee for the traffic. You have to have an 07 TL also.

The BT works great in the 04 TL. There are some that experienced issues and were able to upgrade the BT unit to a newer version. There's an SB on it if you need it... https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...4&postcount=35

Voice dialing works great. You can store up to 50 numbers, by name, in the phonebook or just voice command the number you wanted dialed. There is also another thread here about what phones work with the BT.
