I Want To Get A Tl !!!!
Yo guys im planning on getting another TL 2004/2005 and I would prefer it to be lower than 50,000 milage. Do you know any dealership or website that is giving a good price? And I also want it in either all black or all white !!!!
i thought you had one cause you asked how to clear lights, or are you gonna get another one?
if youre buying used, try to make it a preference that the car will have navi because the price difference on a tl with navi and a tl without used isnt really much.. wish i thought of that before i got mine :[ GL

certified what a laugh- do you guys know what that actually means?
Its nothing to do with dealer service history!!
Look in the Off Topic link at top of every page, select Private Sales
Look for your car there and you can post a WTB want to buy
Any car you really like call acura and run the VIN for priors
Warning- all black is for masochist who love detailing the exterior constantly
check post by soseductiveSF- I know the car is white exterior and already modded if someone grabs it quick

Hey,
I have a 2004 black on black, fully loaded, navigation, tinted windows, certified bumper to bumper warranty until 62,000 miles and 100,000 mile power train warranty. The tl has currenty has 42,000 miles on it, i also have the orginal window sticker priced at $35,000. The car is a 6 speed manual with the factory installed brembo brake system. I have already had all the rattle issues fixed and just rescently had acura install a brand new navigation screen because one of the touch screen buttons wasnt working all the time....The car is a real beauty...Im asking $22,000...I am located in western north carolina....
See my thread in the Black Market https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/fs-2004-tl-384065/

....I know that certified means that I get a longer warranty that new and that if I you buy the car from a dealer that they pay the certification charge...so buy certified..or don't

for some of us that decide to buy a used acura tl, getting a certified one from an acura dealer gives us piece of mind with the 7yr/100,000 powertrain warranty, along with the full bumper-to-bumper warranty til 62,000 miles. i just bought a certified used 2004 Acura TL this weekend (my first car was a brand new 2000 chrysler concorde that i drove for 197,000 miles) and i know that i have to spend a total of $0 on repairs....and yes, i know certified is not a service record of a car, that is why i did a carfax check on the car, PLUS the dealer provided the COMPLETE service record because it was a certified car and ALL maintenance was performed at that dealer.
and yes, some dealers offer certified cars, but it doesn't come with the service record because the maintenance was not done at that dealership, and they pretty much just have to go through the certified inspection list and replace or fix anything that does not match up with the certification standard to bring the car up to acura certified standards.
getting certified only gives you all positive extras. a non-certified one may be a little cheaper (not by much) and you run the bigger risk of having to spend alot of money on repairs when something goes wrong. certified is piece of mind for bumper-to-bumper for 62,000 miles, and 100,000 miles on the powertrain. just my 2 cents
