All picture just taken now on my phone, I hope you like them and did the lights yourself. And I can't wait till the LED's come in the mail.
I want to add floor lights to my car too. Are there DO IT YOURSELF instructions somewhere?

Hey, sorry to bring this post up, but I bought a set of bulbs from a place call One 6 Motorsports. These LEDs are kind of dim... maybe because it is still light out, but they're called B1 Hybrid. M-4 P8713W is the model.
These bulbs I suppose are for the doors, but I put it on the back, and they work the same, just very dim. Not as bright as I thought it would be.

BTW, my front bulbs won't come out, and I don't want to yank it out and break anything... Is there something wrong? Or is there another way to pull them out... I got the back and the doors our easily.

If anybody has an idea how to get these out, please let me know.

Thanks

Hi, I went to superbrightleds.com to look for LED bulbs...
How do I know which bulb fits the sockets...
They have a good 50 types of lights...
The models, how do I know which one goes into the door / dome lights.
The lights at SBL.com does not seem to fit my car.

Thanks for this walk through. Looks simple enough even for a novice like me. I'm going to try this tomorrow. Just got my car from the dealer today. I wouldn't mind trying that foot well light, but that seems like you have to have a bit more knowledge about wires and such.

Couldn't wait til the morning, I decided to give it a go in the dark. Very simple little mod and again, a great walkthrough given. Although my bulbs aren't the brightest. I'll have to get some brighter ones later, but for now, my car is a nice dim blue.

blue interior looks cool.

nice for showing off the car at night. hell, its nice to everyone that's never seen colored leds for interior.

but as far as functionality, i would prefer to get 5k or 6k white for interior over blue.
i'd keep blue in the areas where the light isn't as important (i.e. doors, trunk, glove compart, center console)

but when you drop something on the floor or seat, or trying to read text at night, blue light will make it even harder to read compared to white light.
you'd have to stare at the text longer and focus even more.

maybe that's just me though.

i actually NEVER used my interior lights before I just changed them. what the hell do I have to read in my car? A map? NAV. A Book? MY PHONE? It provides just the amount of light for whatever you need to do then they shut off. Its perfect for me, I love em and actaully have a reason to leave the interior switch on when the doors open because it looks awesome. maybe thats just me though?

Nice DIY

Great DIY. Completed my led swap in about 10 min. Used a golf glove to grab the bulb out of the bag and push it in. Took out old bulbs with a paper towl and wrapped them up and put them in zip zock. Used the wled6r on the doors and wled4r on the front and back domes. Being a TL'S my dash is red so I went with the red instead of the blues. Butter knife was a great idea. I did remove the fuse before installing just to be safe.

Thread revival! I just did this today and I didn't have to remove the fuse. Only speed bump I had was the rear lights, they were a PITA to get out..
