If you bought the A-spec TL you're either a MULTI-millionaire or an idiot (but probably not both).

That was the point. No one cares what you believe so don't ask people to post their invoice.

The majority of these people aren't blowing $35K plus on a car:

That proves there is no corelation between what people with solid net worths have and how much they're WILLING to spend on cars.

And it therefore answers these questions:

actually, i did buy it. see, i'm not poor like you and i can actually afford to buy something that "should" be on the car.

LOL!

1) I don't believe you have an Accord. Post the invoice for it, as well as a photo of yourself next to it.

2) I don't believe you can afford these cars. Post a copy of your bank statement and brokerage account.

good for them. now what do you have to say about rappers who blow more than a hundred thousand on a car? besides that, you're not a millionaire, so who cares what they do? you're waaay too into what other people do rather than caring what you yourself do.

You guys are all idiots. Why don't you just ignore this fool? He causes the same problems at other forums. If enough of his threads go unanswered, he'll probably stop posting. If not, at the very least, his threads will disappear quickly and stop getting kicked up to the top. Why perpetuate this nonsense

What "problems" are those? The cold, hard facts that many find so tough to swallow, are unable to refute and are therefore "addressed" via unfounded personal attacks and 5th grade level images?

But the TL IS an overweight Accord.
You say that like it's a bad thing, hmmmm let me see, something based on an Accord or something as fugly looking as a Geo storm, tell you what, you keep the Geo, I'll keep the TL.

How much RWHP did STOCK L78 396s make again?
I can tell your IQ borders on 68 so I'm guessing you still can't comprehend what I wrote. This is ok, it's still there, read it a few more times and let each word sink in slowly, if after that you still don't get it, read it again and again until you understand what was being said. Then remember that this isn't 1969 or 1972 anymore and that Chevy doesn't make that POS anymore.

Remember that you're in an Acura forum, people who buy Acura don't go to Chevy dealers to look at Malibu's or Cavaliers and people who buy NSX's don't look at chevy either, then try comparing that car of yours that you bow to as God to cars that it was meant to be compared too. Idjit.

The L78 never made "335" RWHP in anything that remotely resembled "stock" form...

In reality, it would be hard pressed to match the output of the Chevy Trailblazer's bone stock, 4.2 liter DOHC I6.:wow:

And "apples to apples" (~ 3,250 Corvettes):

335 RWHP looks like THIS:

It does NOT look like this:

I don't care WHAT you believe.
Of course you do, if you didn't you wouldn't be trying so hard trying to prove how mighty the now defunct LS1 is/was/whatever is. You wouldn't be comparing a Geo Storm look-a-like to everything under the sun in a forum where people could care less about the LS1, my SS 396 or anything else you bring up that has nothing to do with anything made by Acura.

You wouldn't be banned from every forum you go to if you weren't trying to prove how you just don't get it, or how smart you think you are yet everybody else doesn't get you.

If you're anything like this in life, my sympathies goes out to the people you drive nuts on a daily basis.

335 RWHP in a ~ 3,250 pound Corvette looks like THIS:

http://www.caranddriver.com/article....&page_number=4

ACCELERATION Seconds
Zero to 30 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1.8

40 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2.5
50 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .3.5

60 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4.3
70 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .5.6

80 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .6.8
90 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .8.2

100 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .10.0
110 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .12.0

120 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .14.3
130 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .17.2

140 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .21.2
150 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .28.0

160 mph. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .37.7
Street start, 5-60 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4.9

Top-gear acceleration, 30-50 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .9.0
50-70 mph . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .8.6

Standing 1 /4-mile . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 12.7 sec @ 113 mph

It does NOT look like this:

Compare the 40 MPH to 110 MPH segments of those two cars if you want to make "skinny tire" excuses.

'01 Z06 (385 SAE NET HP): 9.5 seconds

"425 HP" 396: 12.5 seconds

The '01 Z06 (385 SAE NET HP) cuts out 3 full seconds (relative to the "425 HP" car) during that 70 MPH interval alone! That's ~ 400 feet (~ 133 YARDS) @ those types of speeds.:wow:

That Z06 would have UNDOUBTEDLY have been rated @ 500 plus HP under the old SAE GROSS system.:wow:

Ok, clearly this is much too hard for you. I have explained it as clearly as possible and asked you to read it again.

Ok I give, you're like a broken record who won't get it if I engraved it into your forhead and glued a mirror in front of your face.

The only thing you've done is make people who didn't care one way or another about the Camaro start to hate it because you're so arrogant and ignorant.

I'm done with you and this thread child.

Yes, you got me, I don't have a brain.

Why does he repeatedly post scanned old articles of the camaro/corvette in a TL forum?

He should be banned just for wasting server space like that.
