So I see that my tl has a trip computer. What does the number on the screen represent?? Should I be worried if the numbers increase

When the numbers start counting down thats when you should be worried

 

Trip A/Trip B tells you how far you have traveled since the last reset =)

For example I never get on a freeway and my range will show 270 miles after fill up, but if I get on a freeway range instead of staying still will start count up up and up and after 50 miles on a freeway range will show 400 miles and only then will begin countdown.

 

You get better mileage on the freeway..

My range showed 725km once

 

i had 750+ once, it was a good laugh lol

I'm pretty sure the TL's trip "computer" works the same as every other odometer. The numbers increase as you travel more miles. Or am I missing something?
