The TL hasn't been out long enough to know. But I can tell you a fact. If ACURA didn't extend the warranty on the older TL, the repair costs would have been EXTREMLY high, the dreaded tranny problems. After 100k on the TL, it will be way more in repair costs than the G35 will due to Tranny issues.

I just talked to my friend that works as a tech at the Acura dealer where he is located. He said he already has 2 new TL in for trannys dieing. 18 TSX as well in line for new ones, on the lot. Recall.
