Hello....I never introduced myself..

Haha, joined here a couple of weeks ago and just realized I never introduced myself. I was posting over at but that place is dead as can be in the 3GTL section....this place is a lot better. Anyways, here's my intro post from over there:

The only things I will be doing to it is tint, deck lid spoiler, and the splash guards. Yay. This is my 5th Acura, previous were a '93 Legend LS Sedan, '02 TL-S, '96 RL, '94 Legend LS Coupe.

The guy I work with drives an '05 RL....and the boss lady says she is getting an Acura just to match us all. lol.

ps, don't make fun of the ricer name....I've had it since I was 14, haha.

Haha, is what made this one The One is the fact that it has a load of miles and the price was right, not great, but ok. I had to have pearl white with tan interior and navi.....and I needed high miles to bring the price down (83k when I got it ). I couldn't find one on the west coast that fit my criteria. Thanks for the welcome!

wow man. haha most people look for lower mileage cars and ur the opposite haha. Have to say though, for 83k miles, I would have thought it was brand new Damnit, even the seats are 20x better than mine and I have an 06' with 24k

oh and i forgot to say welcome!

Congratulations and welcome to the best Acura Board.

I was admiring how clean your car is... Hard to believe it has over 80k miles. (I hope mine still looks that good in a few years. )

Enjoy your ride

I've got almost 10k on my 2004. I guess it will be hard to sell???

Congratulations on your "new" car. I'm sure you will love it as we do.

You say "SLC" but the one pic shows a log cabin which looks like the one in Pioneer Park in Provo?

You're right about this being the best Acura TL forum around.... now with over 100,000 members. It's never boring around here.

Welcome to the board. I'll keep you in mind when I go to sell my 07 TL-S. I've had her since march and she has 17K miles. If I sell it in another year or two for the 4th gen then I will need to find a buyer who doesn't mind all the miles. 83K miles isn't bad and it looks like she is in great shape so I can guess it had an owner who took great care and pride in keeping her maintained. You should have bought NBP but I guess it's only for the elite :o )

Congrats on the 04 TL. I also have an '04 WDP w/Navi. It has 78k miles and run great. It's my first Acura and it has lived up to the hype.

I meant to reply to this yesterday....the log cabin is actually one of the original Pony Express stations in Gothenburg, NE. I stopped and got a picture as I passed through. Funny little town.

Thumbs up

Lol, no INTRO needed really, we'll know ya as you post, by your posts/threads, haha! But still this is nice of ya!

On a different note, it's also nice to see an unmolested clean WDP like yours for a change, I long forgot that mine looked just like yours once. Now mine looks and is, inside out...well, much different. I miss the stock car simplicity, sometimes.

This place is a f@!$!# mod factory so you better prepare your ass for a long and expensive journey!

Warm Welcome and Enjoy!
