With the AC off, I only seem to get any cabin heat when the temperature is set to HI. Do I need to replace the heater control valve? I see a wire connected to a lever on this valve. I'm assuming this lever should move depending on temp. setting. is this correct?. If so, I will get a helper to adjust the temp. setting while I look it the lever.

Just an FYI
mine went bad and the lever moved.
turned out the shaft to the valve broke inside
