I've looked everywhere for pre paint front bumper cover for my 08 Acura Tl Nighthawk Black Pearl. If you guys don't mind helping me I'm looking for one new or used but it has to be oem. thanks guys

 

I don't think those things came painted.

You can buy a new one for about $230 which would then need to be painted. You can check the black market on Acurazine to see if someone is selling a used one. I also know that Bruce (AckTL05) parts out cars. Try sending him a PM to see if he has one that he pulled off a car.

The other option you have is a craigslist search or calling your local salvage yards.

Keep in mind that if you get a painted one, the paint might not match due to the two cars aging differently (differences in climate exposure, storage, UV exposure, detailing/washing techniques/products, etc).

 

OEM ones dont come painted. You could order a new one from a vendor here and then have it painted locally. If you want to go used then do as Vlad suggested, or check the black market here.

 

you can have it delivered at a body shop in your area and get him to paint it upon delivery to avoid the hassle of moving it around.
Also you can check scrap yards and get it it clear coated

guys, he did say PRE painted... meaning prior to being painted... at least thats what it technically means.

That you are only gonna find at a dealer. when i needed one i had a friend who worked at a salvage yard and has connects at alot of the local yards in NEW YORK where there are a million junk yards and he couldnt get one... Honestly i was better off buying it at the dealership because that way i know all the tabs are strong and sturdy and doesnt have any wear and tear and its better to have it bare and non painted when i was getting it painted. because the paint holds stronger then ontop of old layers of paint!

 

Again, OEM bumper covers DO NOT come painted/pre painted/primed etc.
