i am going to be buying a front bumper (cover) and i was curious as to what others thought. which one should i go with, the 2005 SSM front bumper OR the 2007 Type-S front bumper? thanks in advance

 

I'm in the same situation and i was thinking of going with the base 07 bumper with fogs.. but the a-spec lip doesn't look as aggressive as the 04-06's, that's the thing.

The 07 Type-S a-spec lip is horrendous though, i always say this--it looks like a darth vader mask.

we are just expressing our opinion. it's really up to you. it's a personal perference. everybody has his/her own style.

 

I've been wanting to get the aspect kit for tl-s but i dont like the front lip.....i love the front lip for the 04-06......i wish i could put the 04-06 lip of the tl-s.....im so tempted to get the tl-s front lip and get a custom job on it.....cut and shave off the mask and just leave the bottom portion of the lip to make it look more like the base model front lip....hopefully you guys understand what im saying. lol

 

dude it will require some great body work to unmask the front lip and do it...

me... I am going to get a custom one made up by apr performance...
