Yes, you'll have to modify your bumper to add the fogs!
It'll look like the 07-08 TL

hey guys, sorry im new to this, i have a 2005 tl and i wanted to add a fog light, that means that i need to modify the bumper right? do you guys know where i could get them?

If I'm not mistaken I got the 03-05 (but I could be wrong) accord sedan foggies, I got them from Ebay back in November, and just followed the DIY good luck bud.
