I need help figuring out what's wrong with my foglights. I got the Hella Micro DEs installed in the 03 black useless housing, they've worked great for 8 months. Then last weekend I installed the wind splitters underneath the corners of the bumper. During the installation I touched the foglight wiring a little, but i'm sure I didn't cut any of the wiring by accident. They were fine for 3 days, until today after it rained hard, on my way back home from the office, i started noticing that my foglights are on through the reflection off the car in front of me. The way the foglights are se up is they're tapped to the low beam power, so they're on whenever the low beams are on, no separate switch is needed.
When I turned on the low beams and turned them off again, the fogs are off too, but after awhile when I checked back to the car, I see that the fogs are on again by themselves. So for now I just took out the fuse to avoid using up the bulbs in case if they decide to turn on again during the night.
So I don't know what's goin on, any ideas where the problem is?

Check your wiring...i'm sure it got rubbed/spliced against a sharp edge on the frame of the car completing the circuit turning on your fogs.
