How come our Acura tls dont have the window chrome trim. i think it would look classy, i know the TSXes have them but not the TLs. i'd like to see them on 3g TLs. Does anyone have them on or pictures of 3g tls with them on. Where do i go about buying the trim?

 

funny thing about that is on my 06 accord, everyone on the accord forums were trying to figure out ways to get rid of the chrome trim. and now TL owners want the chrome trim back. idk haha

as for getting the trim, ive seen some on ebay as a sort of clip on type thing, but im not sure how reliable it is or how it actually looks. on the bottom of my accord, if you pull the door pillars off and clean it, it has a chrome trim underneath, but im not 100% its the same on the TL

edit: its not chrome underneath, its just the same color as your car :P

 

u can always install chrome on ur car just go to ebay

 

hahahahahahaha, fake chrome = class, funny!...its one of the many reasons i would never consider a 4G TL. either way, good luck!

i remember there is another member here from Hawaii, he got chrome trim on his TL, but i couldnt find the pictures.

 

yeah dude, i want to remove the chrome trim off my accord so bad haha. i think it looks good without the chrome but thats just my 2cents

 

I am very happy it doesn't have the chrome trim. The all black goes very well with tinted windows, and flows with the car much nicer.
