After 2 months of waiting, it's finally mine. It's a 6MT with Navi and the aero kit. I really enjoy it so far...except for the 60mph vibrations that occur during the first few minutes of driving after the car has sat overnight. The date code on the car is 0604...just missed the "improved" EL42's.

Yeah, I really like the aero-kit. I was having doubts about getting it put on at first but when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up I instantly new I made the right choice.

very nice!!! i love that the look, i have the same car as you cept i was on the fence about the kit. it does look very nice and i might get it later.

 

I don't get it. Why is there a big black portion on the rear of the kit, why is it not body colored?

 

If your not going to put on your plates in the front, PLEASE remove that license plate holder thingy in the front. You can get the caps for the holes at your local dealer free of charge.

 

I like that silver & ebony, my friend. It's crying for some aftermarket wheels, though!!!

Have you not seen the BMW 330i M BOdy Kit. It is similiar w/a black portion on the rear of the kit. Maybe Acura is trying to make the kit look similiar to the M3. :think:

 

It still has the temporary plate on the back. I'm waiting for my permanent plates. In Maryland, front and back plates are required. I wouldn't be leaving the empty bracket on the front for no reason.

 

What ever floats your boat. In Maryland is it illegal to drive without a front plate bracket when you don't have your plates yet? I think it looks terrible, but it's not my TL.

 

Nice ride, I've got the same combo, minus the kit, plus 20% tints. I would have gotten the kit also except for those black parts turned me off. Good luck with the car dude.

Nice Car. Just like mine except I don't have the aero. Makes me wanna get the aero kit. If you get the deck lid, it'll look tops!

 

Sweet ride. Kit looks great. I agree there's no point in taking off the front plate bracket - for what, a week?

 

For real, I'm supposed to pick up the plates next week...I think I can live with the empty bracket that long. I won't lose any sleep over it, that's for sure.

The car looks great. I like it so much better with the stock wheels than with the dark grey 18" wheels that some are upgrading to. Those dark wheels just look wrong, other than on the anthracite or the black TLs.

Congrats on a gorgeous car. Although I still think my White Diamond Pearl looks better.
