Finally got a CBP Type S, from St. Louis

Well after having a built Toyota 4Runner for 5 years, it was time to move on to something else. I moved from one third gen onto another, a 2007 CBP TL Type S. My dad had an 07 and now has a 14 TL, I figured sooner or later I'd eventually have one. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm looking forward to what's to come with this tl.
I'm still too new to the forum to be allowed to post pictures, but I will asap once I'm allowed to do so.

building the 4runner was a blast, but keeping up with your modufications became time consuming. As of now I don't plan on building this TL much, but then again, when i bought the 4runner I didn't plan on building it either
possible mods I've thought of
- AEM air intake
- type S badge in the grill
-02 type S shift knob ( I like the logo and the leather stitching on these)
- rear bumper protector off ebay

thanks! in St. Louis, you don't see alot of this color. I like how well everything blends in with it...the wheels and the tail lights especially

Always loved those 4Runners. Very sharp looking TL-S, mileage does not match the looks. I like the look of the polished inside of the tips, might have to do it myself. Love a good CBP!
Welcome & congrats

How do you figure the next gen is shit? I have one with 150k on it and never had an issue. What should I be looking out for? I'll also let my friend with 235k on his know too.

Welcome to the 'zine Nick, and congrats on the new ride!

Sorry about the Cards' loss, but a few spirited drives in the TL should help ease the pain!
