Finally found something I don't like on tl-s

Besides being a marked target and getting hit. after 6+ months i finally found something I dislike.(nothing major) I'm used to the 1g cl horn( two little buttons on the side where cruise/audio is on the tl) I have a habit of putting one arm across the wheel, hand at 12 elbow at 6. every now and then by accident i honk the horn.well just 10-20 min ago i went on a coffee run. I pull up to a light that is a turn on red with a cop in front as the first car.(stopped) I was jamming to my music when all of a sudden BEEEEEP!!!!!! The cop turned on red and pulled over, waiting for me to pass.I try not to pass but have no choice and as soon as I do he pulls out behind me. Once again the nervous "gotta take a dump" feeling sets in.I did no more than the posted speed of 25mph,radio off, hands at 10-2. He followed me for what seemed like forever(on my ass hardcore) but didn't stop me. I read all the time about the rattles and little stuff. That i can overlook because I FUCKING LOVE THIS CAR!!!!(not even because it's my first new car) All in all the tl is a AWSOME car but it's my turn to be anal and nit-pick

bro this car is a cop magnet, march 23rd 1900 hours, I get pulled over for an improper turn (cuz I turned left while I was in the center lane) bs. march 29th 1400 hours, I get pulled over for steady red lights (cuz I was avoiding traffic), showed up to court this morning, cops who issued tickets were there, got off on one, had to pay $40 for the damn improper turn, he kept insisting I was in the center lane, glad you didnt get stopped

ps. damn our cars are sexy... lmfao

the 12 & 6 thing is bad.... thats how i drive... hand dead center on 12, arms goes almost straight down... elbow is @ like 7 oclock..

when i got into my accident.. i was fine... EXCEPT for the second and third degree burns on my forearm from the airbag... now i've got like three nasty scars on my arm for the REST OF MY LIFE...

a little something to remind me of blackura

best part of it.. when i first took the bandages off after like 2 weeks, the scabs and scars sort of resembled the "A" on my steering wheel

i wont front. NBP is the shit.. but WDP aint bad at all.... i miss the shiny gloss of NBP, but i dont miss the excessive cleaning and waxing.. so it balances out

eitherway, ever since my wreck, i usually tend to drive @ 10 and 2.. it doesnt look cool, but im not burning my arm again or risking it breaking

I've never been able to drive with both hands! Too crowded on the wheel! I drive with my left-hand, stylin' profilin'! Hahaahaha! But seriously, I just don't feel comfortable with both hands on the wheel. I can switch to my right when my left gets tired, but it doesn't feel as comfortable as my left. I guess becuz I'm used to driving a stick.

I agree with the horn! It's not even the position problem, it's just the button is too soft!
I press on it by accident all the time! Only like couple times have I gone out and not accidentally honked!
I honked at someone by accident today, he gave me a weird look. I just hurried away. LOL
