Better put some type of heat resistant adhesive that will work on rubber otherwise they will come off. But IMO that stuff is pretty much the same as the mysterious elusive "moleskin" that other people sell. I really tried to tell the difference and I can't believe it is different than craft-grade felt from the store.

I installed their moleskin and it works great. I do have some glue on the windows at times but it comes right off with Goo Gone.

rocky - looks like it doens't matter which felt is used, the heat always causes the glue to streak

every time i roll down my windows i get a shit ton of glue on my windows, i inspected the felt and it looks as if it is wanting to come off. I could have probably gotten some felt from a craft store and get some industrial adhesive and done the same job without it wanting to come off.

^ Maybe when you were applying it, you didn't clean the surface properly or didn't apply enough pressure to the edges...

Adhesive has a hard time on rubber. I saw a tint guy last week and he glued some moleskin on a metal and then a plastic part just to test it. It wasn't going anywhere, you would have to destroy it to remove it. When it sits on rubber though it just can't cure properly.
