Engine Bay

I'm not really sure where to post this thread so I will start here. I have searched for this and have not found a whole lot of information. Are you guys keeping those giant plastic covers on that are in the engine bay or are you removing them?

I keep my plastic engine covers on, mainly because I don't have any other place to put them. They do offer some measure of protection from dirt and dust getting on the engine and other components.

I think they look good. I have seen some pictures without the covers on and they don't impress me at all.

One of the first things I did after getting the car was to color match those pieces to the car. Man does it make a difference in the way it looks. It looks naked under there every time I have to remove them.

I left mine on as I think it looks much cleaner with the panels in place.
