Driver side squeak from suspension

My driver side tire is sitting a lil too far back compared to the other side My stabalizer link is legit Broken in half on the left driver side. Also while under there I noticed my upper control arm is touching my strut. A mechanic I took it too told me to replace my lower control arm but it honestly looks perfectly fine. There was a minor collision to the driver side tire but the upper control arm does not look bent of anything it looks just like the passenger side. Also if I do replace these parts with used oem parts should I change the bushings for good measure as well?

Driver side notice the non existent space between the strut and control arm

Here’s the passenger side as things are per normal here with that nice little gap between the two parts

Yeah that's not a minor impact. Hitting a curb on ice at low speeds causes that type of damage. You have larger issues than trying to replace an arm here or there. You've got some bent stuff in there and with the suspension/steering. What the hell happened to your wheel? The barrel looks like something is scraping it BAD. Looks like the knuckle may be busted/bent/damaged.

Looks like TL-S or 6MT 04-08 TL...

looks like you need to fully rebuild the whole front end.

like the whole suspension!? I cant just replay broken away link and lower control. What makes you say the whole thing is bad is alignment is still good and with the car on the floor things look normal.
