Arrow Do we have this function?

Do we have the function of showing how many miles are LEFT before gas runs out?

I kept on looking for it, but I'm either dumb or Acura dropped the ball with this one. My g/f's Audi has that and I love it.

HELP

Thanks

Really might learn faster if you RTFM. Not trying to be an ass but there is lots of information in the book.

IDrive is on the newest models.

Guys, give me a break. "Make me read a manual".. blah, blah. Is it really that hard to answer a question? Why such smart ass comments? If you don't have anything constructive to say, just keep quiet.

Because, the forum isn't a look up service. People want you to utilize your resources before asking questions. The manual isn't a paper weight, it has a lot of useful information regarding your vehicle. So it woulnd't hurt to crack it open from time to time and see if your question isn't already answered in there.

We get tired of sifting through crap...waste clutters the board and makes it harder to find useful information.

I understand that, but I guesss I'm used to a community where you can ask any question and won't get hammered for doing so.

As I've mentioned before, I was in a BMW community for quite some time and I'm a "DIY guys" to ask ask any question. People ask me the simplest stuff and I always politelly answer. BTW, here's my web-site that I've comprised as a resource: http://www.geocities.com/e36rulz/DIY.html

Well for those of us who have little pea brains, we hafta read the manual. That's the first thing I did when I got home from the dealer. Oh, wait. That was the second. I read the quick start guide first. I had to. I needed to know how to program home link.

Reading the manual was how I found out about the lumbar support for the passenger seat. And the light in the glove box.

Here is the public forum. You didn't ask the wrong questions, and those saying RTFM didn't say the bad things to you, either. Everything would be good from now on.

There is a link on the the forum that may answer a lot of general questions about the TL called 3G TL Garage. It makes for pretty good reading. BTW, I notice below your name it says USAF. What AFSC? Stationed at Lackland as an instructor?

Sorry....it just amazes me that so many people consider reading a "punishment." I always get a kick out of the "Ooooo, I found a new/secret feature on the TL" posts...when it's all right there in the little (ok, maybe not so little) book. It seems that if you spend this much money on ANYTHING...it's worth it to take a little time and read the accompanying literature. Just my

AMEN Brother

Well, I guess someone had to say it...

I have been amazed by all the questions posted on the forum

that could have been done "self - serve" buy just spending a

few hours with the manual in one hand and you in the TL

experimenting. I may not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I enjoyed reading the manual and spending some time "Learning" what my new car could do, and how to get it to do it.

The manual may not be "Lady Chatterlys Lover" but it sure makes the driving experience an easier one.

Just my 2 cents worth.
