DIY A/C line replacement?

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has had to change an ac line before on our TL? My line with the blue cap is leaking even after replacing the shradder valve and its also leaking at the compressor which must have been because of it being removed to rebuild the compressor. So I was going to take it to the dealer but was wondering how hard this would be to save some money. Thanks for any advice.

There's a o-ring on the low and high pressure lines that connect to the compressor.

I would suspect that the o-ring was damaged during the removal of the compressor for rebuilding and maybe that's why it's leaking.

As far as replacing the low side pressure line I haven't done it before so I can't really give you any advice

Thanks

Yeah after looking at the parts diagram i think that is the cause of the leak at the compressor which a seal is cheap but I think I will take it in to have the line done. It looks the line disconnects up top but im not sure how you remove it from the firewall area. One thing leads to another lol
