That's a good question. Besides the brakes and obvious transmission differences, I think the suspension and stuff are the same. I ordered the summer tires, so I'm hoping they won't have the trouble with vibration that the all-season tires have.

Thicker sway bars on the 6mt, 20mm rear vs. 17mm on the auto.

Also the front is about 2 mm bigger also. 25.4mm vs. 27.2mm

Should definately make a difference in handling between the two.

The 6MT also has the limited-slip differential and the option of high performance tires. Also, the dash does not have the PRNDL indicator - just stating the obvious.

Crusader is right, the differences are brakes, suspension, tranny and tires (option), Thats it. But it feels quite different on the road although the ride if reasonably comfortable its quite a bit more high strung and fun. The manual TL feels very similar to my previous TL type S. My 6 spd has faster reflexes better turn in and is considerably more confident in the twitsties! Its surprising what some conservative mods will do. I'm pretty sure that people who compare the accord to the TL have never driven a six speed!

Plus, the spare tire is different, too.

i currently have a 6speed accord coupe....and i test drove the TL 6speed...
the tl is better......when i first saw the interior, i fell in love with it....and the 6speed in the tl felt so much better....i like how it's positioned closer to the driver...

i might be going to dch acura this saturday to place my order....
