Hey everyone..
I just cant make up my mind about what to do with my yellow overplayed fogs!

Current:








Ive had them yellow for more than half a year, and recently cleared out my headlights. After having the headlights cleared, I have matching switchbacks and hids which flow nicely with the yellow fogs, but not with the fender side marker which is amber, that leaves me with 3 different color tones.
I am stuck with two choice:
--Leave the switchbacks/3k hid fogs, and change out the fender light from amber to white led.

or

--Take off the yellow overlays drop some 6k fogs, and change out the side marker from switchbacks to my previous 92smd v-led amber bulbs and leave the side fender amber marker matching my headlight side markers.

Keep them yellow and switch to white LED sidemarkers.

 

I say since you already have the yellow fogs just keep them as is and just change out the sider marker to white

 

color matched headlights + fogs ftw.
and i like the contrast of white led front corner light vs. amber side marker....just me.

 

If you've cleared the headlights, clear the fogs.....it's that simple.

 

I say white fogs...but I may be biased because Im doing the same soon...

Well since you seemed tired with the yellows you can switch it up with some 5k or 6k bulbs

 

damn i'm trying to do the opp of you I want the yellow overlays. did yours ever melt at all if you used aftermarket lights??

 

hard choice, i say... eeny, meeny, miny, moe and ur done! problem solved, ur welcome

 

nope the hids do not melt the overlays..

 

thanks for all the replies.. what i was looking to hear from ppl is what would flow better with the NBP... to me just having everything in white would consider as rice.. I had 6k fogs prior when everything was stock, but since the whole car is blacked out, well this is where I cant decide what I want on it now.

 

I vote for Option 1: Change your side marker to white.

You already spent a great deal of time and money with the yellow overlay/fogs and the switchbacks only to have the amber sidemarker mess everything up.

I like option 2....the amber side markers adds a ton of contrast !!!

Either #2 or #3. Personally, #2 looks a bit more sporty and mean while #3 looks more luxury and classy

aww I liked #3 better.. #2 looks good too though..

 

What really bugs me is having everything white (fenders/side/fogs) but at same time it's clean look.. Gonna have to change up every week and see which set up I like most

 

go 2. for some reason i dig the amber side(front) and red(rear). the white too me makes it look a little old. i dunno maybe that is just me.
