Unhappy Dealer installed tint problem... HUGE BUBBLE!

Hey guys...

I just got my A-spec wheels put on and my baby's downright sexy! Pics to come as soon as the weather clears up around here.

Question: (<-- does anyone watch "The Office"?) ... Is the tint installed by the dealer under warranty? I have a huge bubble that appeared on my rear window. Has anyone had a problem with this and successfully gotten it redone? Is there a home remedy?

Thanks!

sometimes, the one i got from my dealer states that i have waranty as long as i own the car against scraches, fading and bubles. Take it back to them and have them fix it.

also, sometimes there are bubbles in the tint soon after its installed. takes a few days for them to come out.

my dealer tinted my windows and they got the infamous scratches on all 4 windows. luckily my dealer warrants the tint for the lifetime of the car, so tomorrow i'm taking it back for them to retint. apparently, if you take it back to the dealer for retint due to scratches, they will also install the moleskin for free. this is chapman acura in tucson.

Wow... nice. I went to the dealer here in Miami but since it was done in San Antonio, they told me I was out of luck... that the dealer in SA had to be the ones repairing it. Oh well. Guess I'll have to do it myself.

Question: what purpose does the moleskin serve? I've read that it helps against all the squeaks/rattles in the panels... is that right? How does it work with the tint?
