stick with your original color...otherwise you might regret your decision later on after purchasing the car...if you've waited this long to get the car, a couple more weeks won't hurt...

I initially wanted the SS color. But the dealer wouldn't locate one at the price I wanted to pay. I didn't want NBP because of your same concern.

OMG I was wrong...TRUE, it takes a little more to keep clean...BUT BUT BUT IT IS STUNNING all clean and shining. It kind of forces you to take BETTER care of your vehicle. The pearls in the paint create a blueish hue in the sun. BEAUTIFUL.

If you truely want the ABP, WAIT...But if you love NBP also, GET IT.

What will truely make you happy????

I wanted ABP as well at first. However, I was in the showroom and saw a sparklin NBP with Aspec rims and I fell in love. Never looked back at the ABP, especially since out of all the TL's I see, 80% are that color.

I'm onboard with the other guys... I wanted ABP with Q as well...

Got a NBP with Ebony...

More work, yes... Insane more work, NO. Stunning after said work, OMG YES.

Plus, I have read some disparaging things about the Quartz leather and look after use and cleanliness (etc...) and I am happy I got the Ebony now...

FWIW... It's your decision, but you can go wrong with NBP/E...

I was going to order ABP/Q until I went to the dealer and saw
a NBP next to the ABP. It easily changed my mine. No regrets.

I have what you are looking for and love it! Color is very rare out here and lots of people admire it. I had an AM/Quartz on order and saw ABPQuartz at the dealer; picked it up that night and haven't looked back. Worth waiting for IMHO but not that much easier to keep clean than Black.

80% of the TLs you see are ABP? Really? Out here in Cali it's all Anthacite and NBP.

Don't succumb to the pure pressure man!

Between the two, definitely stick with your first desire - ABP. Either Quarts or Camel interior would be superb.....
The black with pearl is nice but with the blue you get the best of both... Looks black on some occasions yet that gorgeous deep blue on others.

Cheers

I had a black car before my TL; never again. Gorgeous when clean, but it was too much of a pain in the ass to keep clean.

Well...keeping cars clean is not a big concern to me...so i like the NBP/Ebony...Moreover my other car is a alpine white Bimmer, which is alot of work since it is not a metallics paint. But both these colours look stunning in da sun or at sun.
It;s true thta the ABP requiere less attention...but if u want ur car to llok nice...u'd wash it often ANYWAYS....
