Yeah those are halos with individual LEDs! Nice mod, it must have taken a lot of work and craftsmanship.

Anyone that thinks RLs aren't all that shoudl take a look at those cars. That's how it's done!

i had my headlights and tailights blacked out but i took the tint off the headlights and i want to make my headlights look sick. heres a list of wat i want to do can anyone tell me if its possible?

1. two Halos in each headlights
2. take my stock bixenon projectors out and replace with 8000k projectors
3. turn the parking lights/turn signals to LED switchbacks

Very possible. Check out this thread for some of the lights he has done for other TL's. I just ordered some LED's and ZKW's today....

2. they're not the projectors that change but instead the bulbs. You can find 4300k-i think 18000k? k = kelvins = color temperature. So swap out your bulbs for either 4300-stock 6000-white/hint of blue 8000-dodger blue
3. yes, but recently most people who get their switchbacks from auto illumination are having problems with the switchbacks burning out

if you want something "sick" look around this whole thread, there are examples from led strips to halos to blacked out and type-s defusers, all that stuff..

im not sure as to exactly wat he did and if he changed lenses or wat temperature projector bulbs but i like it all.

and are there any places to buy switchbacks that havent had problems?

 

hi, this is vinnie scogna from somers, ny. i have an 08 tl in white. i was looking to add a set of blacked out headlights with a little chrome though. i wanted to also add angel eyes and possibly those leds inside the headlight. i will trade you mine after i would receive yours. how much would all of this cost individually???

golfjwr-- Yes the email is still valid, but the best way to get in touch with me is PMing me here on AZ.

dimebag128dean-- 1. if you have an 07-08 then 2 halos can be installed, 2. you dont need to change the projector to get the 8000k output, you just need to install the bulbs. 3. Once you get ready to installed the modded headlights that is when you install/swap the switchback since nothing needs to be done on my part in order to make them work.

bigboi-- I do have 2 sets of 07-08 headlights with me ready for the trade in program, you can PM me if you are ready. Black out $150, Angle eyes-- No install charge if you get the headligths cleared or blacked out, LED blinker etc, for that you'd have to buy them yourself and install them when you are ready to swap the new headlights onto the TL, LED strips- $25 install charge on top of cleared/blackout labor charge, LED strips go for $45 through Oznium.com. Since you are in NY, shipping shouldnt be more than $15.

Dlphnsjk-- Yes it is possible, you should wait a few weeks since I am working on a set of TL-S headlights as we speak, headlights will have dual halos + LED strip, that will give you an idea as to how they will look on your TL-S.

Bumski667-- As mentioned earlier, just have been busy with the move and buying furniture and all the other good stuff.

i have an 04 TL. wud 07 or 08 headlights fight on my car so that i can do 2 Halos? and if so then can u do make these headlights for me with LED switchbacks, halos, 8000k, ZKW replica lenses, and either cleared or blacked?

Ok Sorry for the noobish question but I've been reading and I'm still a bit confused on which light is what.... I have the 07-08 headlights on an 04 Acura TL..

1. The fog light is obviously the inner bulb (closest to grill).. is there another name you guys are using here? I see a bunch of names. and im getting confused between LED and HID.. If I want to change those to match my LED then what bulb do I need to get??

2. The turning signal light, Im assuming is the switch back?? between two colors?? clear and Yellow?

3. how much is it to just black out the chrome part of the headlight with out clearing the yellow? i see you put a price for both clearing the yellow and blacking out..

4. I want to match my LED to my "fog lights" what bulb do I need to purchase.. One of my fog lights is out.. so I need one soon.
