Looks like they used the kit from woodtrim.com, http://www.woodtrim.com/catalog_detail.cfm?prod=6907.
They're missing the piece that goes above the glovebox, the one I think that's the most important of all.

There are two shots that really punctuate the major downside to the stick-on plood kits. First is the area around the climate control buttons. Forgetting that the prior owner stuck a navi plood kit on a non-navi dash for a minute, look at how they stick up around the buttons and practically block the view of the passenger side stack from the drivers point of view. The next is the one of the power mirror control pod; it's really puffy.....it looked good in those brucedeb pics from a distance, but up close it's got to look like someone stuck wood decals on the interior because that's really all they are. Puffy decals.
