coin box for '04 TL

I am surprised to notice that even Accord has a coin box with a spring that pushes coins so they do not fall out, and a newer TL does not have it. Am I missing it or by default TL does not have a coin box like Accord has

Coinholder should come with car

The coinholder that came with my '05 was mounted in the front of the upper armrest compartment.
The coinholder has 3 columns for coins and has two little molded lugs on one side which permit it to be mounted into holes in either the upper armrest compartment or the top front of the door pockets. Your manual should have a picture of the coinholder and describe where it can be mounted.

I have one from my '05 you can have for $7 shipped to your door (provided you are in the lower 48 states.)

I quit using mine. If I left it in the armrest, every time I opened the arm rest coins would fall out of the coinholder into the tray, so I put it in the door, which was even worse. Seems like the springs aren't strong enough to hold the coins in.

I don't think it holds enough coins. It also has no penny holder, although pennies are almost valueless(although a guy just brought $13k worth to a coin star machine) They are a fact of life, they must be put somewhere, and I like tidyness(only in the new car). We have an addition 5-10 bucks in corders building up.

lol...corders...sorry

BUT....this is a good thing....i normally just throw the loose change in the top part....and whenever i life up the armrest the quarters and dimes and pennies that are left over fall into the bottom compartment kind of like a savings accoutn for me...sometimes i end up with 30 dollars worth of change...and i keep all singles in there...
